• Buffet Style (Recommended): If you want your guests to eat at the same time, this is the way to go. A buffet ensures a smooth flow and keeps the celebration moving without the wait times of a mobile line.

• Food Truck Style: For a more casual, “street-eat” vibe, our 30ft custom-built truck can serve your guests directly, providing a unique and interactive dining experience.

Regardless of the style, you can count on our signature quality—from hand-breaded chicken and fresh-pressed sliders to our famous fries cooked in 100% beef tallow.
