We built our truck to be a high-performance, high-capacity kitchen. Because we engineered the electrical and solar systems ourselves, we offer a level of reliability and power management that most standard trucks can’t match.

  • Water: Fully self-contained fresh and grey water tanks (AHS Compliant).

  • Insurance: Fully covered with $5M Commercial General Liability, meeting the requirements for all major Edmonton festivals and municipal sites.
